Rainbow Tagua Disc Necklace

Our attractive Rainbow Tagua Disc Necklace is the perfect anytime accessory. Five bright rainbow colored tagua discs are linked together with a cotton cord, tied with a sliding knot. The ends of the cord are finished with tagua chips. Wear it long over a solid T or shorter above the neckline of your favorite summer dress.  

The tagua discs are cut from tagua seeds which are harvested and dried for nine months, at which time the inside of the seed resembles ivory in color, texture and hardness. These hardened seeds are cut, shaped, dyed and polished into the beautiful disc beads of these necklaces. The artisans leave the outside rind of the seed on the tagua beads, resulting in a simple frame.
