The Fair Trade artisan collective which makes these bracelets employs more than one hundred crafts people in full-time and part-time positions, and well as the opportunity to work from home. This allows the artisans the flexibility to work around their own schedules and other personal or family commitments. The central workplace is a highly productive workroom which also provides a great social environment with abundant laughter as artisans work together in a relaxed setting.
