Partnering with skilled craftswomen in Ghana for more than two decades, this Fair Trade organization creates employment and opportunites for more than 400 women, helping them to grow their businesses, purchase land and educate both their children and themselves. Each of the women receive personalized, hands-on training to refine their skills and strengthen their capacity to produce better products. In addition, they receive training in how to manage their growing businesses and personal income. These artisans are assured fair wages, healthy working conditions and care for their environment.
